I didn`t receive the download link after purchasing my product.

Downloads are processed automatically. After submitting payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to the product inside. Make sure to check your spam folders if you don’t see it, as sometimes they like to find their way into those folders. Pro tip: mark the email as "Not spam" so that this doesn’t happen again. Occasionally it takes a little time to process your payment, so give it a few minutes.

If you still can’t find the download link, send me an email and I will send the files to you ASAP.

Are your products compatible with my software?

All of our products are created using the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. It is your responsibility to read the product descriptions and understand whether or not the files will be compatible, usable, or editable in the software that you are using.

My file isn’t working properly. Now what?

If you are experiencing any issues with any files purchased please reach out to me and I will try to help you find a solution / answer.

Can I use Free Mind products as part of my branding?

Yes, you can definitely use them as part of your branding.

I used your products for client work, and now the client is asking for native or packaged files. Can I give it to them?

Redistribution of the original files to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the files is not permitted. I would suggest flattening any vector objects before packaging them for the client. If a client is asking for template files, make sure that they have been altered in a way that the original product doesn’t comprise the majority of the value of the new work you are supplying to them.

What is the refund policy?

I’m confident you’ll love your design goods. But if you’re just not loving them, they’re not working with your system or software, or aren’t what you expected, simply shoot us an email at contact@sevendeuces.com within 24 hours and we’ll issue a refund. Refunds will be made via the same method as the original purchase and may take up to 7 days for processing.

Can you customize a design for me?
